Sewer Lining installation

At Gardner Plumbing LLC, our factory trained technicians boast unparalleled expertise in the intricate realm of trenchless repair.  Your sewer may be installed under concrete, landscaping, or it may run under your shed.  If the sewer has breaks or tree roots we have trenchless options for repair. 


A sewer liner is a Cured in Place Pipe.  First, we clean the pipe.  After cleaning we inspect the pipe with a sewer camera.  We note where the condition of the sewer has been compromised.  Then we measure material and build your liner.  The liner material has a PVC coating and a fabric or fiberglass to carry a resin.  The fabric is saturated with the resin.  Then the liner is installed into the existing pipe.  It is similar to unrolling a big long sock into the pipe. After the liner is in place it is pressed to the walls of the existing pipe.  The resin is cured and the inside of the liner becomes the new pipe.  After curing the line will be inspected with a sewer camera and a video of the work will be provided.

  • At Gardner Plumbing LLC, we use a range of materials for trenchless repair.  The materials we use are specific for the application we are repairing.  Typically, we install sewer liners to eliminate root growth in the pipes or to prevent cast iron pipe from failing.  The materials used can be adjusted to withstand other extremes that may be compromising the pipe.  We stock resins that are suitable for high temperature, and chemical exposures.

      

  • Customized Solutions: Tailored installations that suit specific requirements. Many of the liners we install are through pipes that have multiple branches connecting.  These branches may connect to other stacks in the home.  We use robotic cutters to cut open the connections in the liners we install.  we also have the equipment to install connector liners that ensure the branch connections are also renewed.  We currently have the ability to reline pipe as small as 1 1/4" and up to 24" diameter.
